Cancellation Policy

We require a full 2 days (48 hour) notice for cancellation of cruise participation. 


Participants/passengers who fail to show for a cruise who did not give a 48 hour notice confirmed by email or phone call/text will not receive a refund or option to apply credit to another cruise. You may send another party in your place.


Cancellations made before 2 days (48 hours) will receive a full refund minus a 5% transaction fee. 


Private tours may have some departure time flexibility, but all other cruises must depart on time. We cannot issue refunds for late arrivals. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
